CrossFit O-Zone

So my little on-line affiliate has finally made it to the CrossFit Main Page! You can find it listed under Friends of CrossFit on the bottom right of the front page. When I first started CFOZ it was to help my sister get into shape. I thought, what the hell, if I'm going to scale everyday for her, why not just make it accessible to everyone! Thus, CFOZ was born. Then my friends Shana, owner of CrossFit East Decatur and Dan, owner of CrossFit Atlanta got wind of it and encouraged/helped me to get in-touch with CFHQ. They waved the affiliation fee, since what I do is free, and CFOZ became an official affiliate!

I know I don't get many comments on my site, but if it helps even one person start out on the road to better health and fitness, then the effort is worth it.

These days, my life is so taken up with studying, being a mom and training/coaching, that I barely have time to log my workouts. I am going to do a better job. I really want to document my journey to next year's CrossFit Games. I think this will have to be my one big fitness goal of the year. Other than the half-marathon with my sister, I need to save up the dough to go to grad school. I do want to pick one sprint race to do over the next year. It'll probably be the Blue Ridge Mountain Adventure Race. Good thing CF is a great way to train for anything!
